  • Client Relationship Manager

    The Managing Director sets the benchmark for customer service and client expectations which is monitored and managed on a daily basis across all facets of the business. All personnel are responsible  for meeting the Customer Charter and for exceeding client expectations.
  • Company Director

    A Company Director will oversee every project at high level to ensure that the company and the project teams operate to the highest possible standards, complying with the relevant legislation and all “housekeeping” tasks managed in accordance.
  • Construction & WHS Manager

    Our Project Managers and Site Managers, the project teams, report directly to the Construction Manager who in turn acts as superintendent for all project delivery standards, WHS management, project resourcing, financial controls at high level, training and contracts.
  • Project Manager

    A dedicated Project Manager is assigned to each new project and is singularly responsible for the management of pricing, procurement, programming, contracts, due-diligence and risk, financial controls (in & out) and the successful completion and handover in line with the contract.
  • Site Manager

    A dedicated Site Manager, sporting Project One uniform, is assigned to each new project and is singularly responsible for the day to day management and coordination of trades, programming, WHS management and the successful completion and handover in line with the contract.
  • Estimating & Contract Admin

    Each new tender and project opportunity is diligently considered, reviewed and prepared by a Project Manager with the support of the Contract Administrator. Once engaged the project team have a comprehensive understanding of the project in detail.
